  1. Hi Mr J..
Great to see your new site up and running!
To bad I was just kicked off the bengals.com message board, but I was defending the team owner.. I managed to say something I shouldn't have and now I am no longer, but Oh well..I can still write and root for you and the guys even IF I can't defend Mikey B the way I like.. Oh well..on with the show..
Now it's going to be great to watch you tear up one side while Carlos rips up the other and the rest of them beat up the gut...or whichever configuration Z-Cat, Mr Zim decides to do it. ;)
It's been a long time coming for us long time Bengal fans and at 50 I've seen some, how shall we say...reverse championship teams in Cincinnati?
Now we have you and some other rather big guys to keep us excited all year and especially on those cold Sunday afternoons, but I have no doubts you fellas will surely heat it to the boiling point now.
Thanks for the site..I'm happy you're on board now. ;)

    M

  2. By the way...looking at your gallery you make your PADS look small like they're saying, "Hey dude, how about some space under this jersey?"! If we ever manage to meet in person please remind me to NOT shoot my mouth of as if I was drunk in a bar full of old men! ;)

  4. What's wrong with the other guys not putting sites in here? Don't tell me they're all scared of the competition from you, Chad, Dhani, Duke, KilleR (55) and Shayne?
You're a big enough fella.. make em start blogging or else. ;)
Don't lettem use the excuse of being to busy sucking up to coach. LOL

  5. Michael, what you're doing for the kids is fantastic especially the ones whose parents can't afford much. My folks weren't really poor, but mom was tight as bark on a tree with money and events like these were rare if not non-existent when I was growing up. I did go to a Reds event years ago and meet players. Chico Ruiz was there describing how he caught a ball once with his teeth, but we all learned a bit about playing ball and had a lot of fun then later went home thinking we were now the greatest ball players in history. It gives the kids a ton of confidence in themselves and memories no amount of money could ever buy. I imagine to these kids just meeting you and seeing you smile back at them will be worth more than gold so I hope it continues and more players will selflessly sponsor less fortunate kids so they can go on to compete with kids whose parents can afford all the fancy do-dads that every kids desires when playing any sport. Just the cost of a ball now is through the roof which excludes so many kids who ordinarily would excel but for the cost of equipment.
We had some equipment growing up, but there were always kids who had nothing and others who had everything and fortunately kids typically are willing to share just so they can play and have fun. I know we always did.

    Thanks again!
